Satisfaction Guarantee

MQT guarantees all products are new and of the highest quality. All products carry 30 days warranty to be free from defects in material and workmanship if operated properly. MQT or BMT does not give credit for any malfunction, failure or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration modification or repairs done by anyone other than MQT.

Damage Claim

Terms FOB Chino, CA; customer's may use their own freight company account. Master Quality Tools is not responsible for any damages occurred during shipment. All claims must be filed against the shipping company.

Return Policy

Our return policy is not to accept merchandise for return except in factory sealed, unopened cartons, unless the merchandise is defective. We do not accept any special ordered and customized merchandise for return in any circumstances. Any goods, with some exceptions, which prove to be defective within 30 days of invoice date may be credited or exchanged for a replacement of the same model. We will pay shipping costs for replacement merchandise but customer has to pay the shipping cost of return. Due to the product nature, MQT can not accept returns of winches. MQT can not accept returns of gas or diesel-powered items once said items have been oiled and/or gassed.

Sending Returns:

1. Contact us first to obtain an RMA (Return Authorization Form) number.

2. You must return all materials in the original package and original shipping box. Incomplete packages will not be accepted and will be returned.

3. On a piece of 8" x 11" paper write the RAM number and mailing address information provided to you and tape it to the outside of the box.

4. Take the package to a UPS station and pay for the shipping cost. We may refund the shipping cost to you if we determine the reason of return is due to a defect of our products.

Handling Fee

A handling fee may be charged on certain items and orders. You will be contacted if for any reason a handling fee must be charged and provided the opportunity to cancel or approve your order.

Restocking Fee

Merchandise initially returned as defective, whose defect cannot be verified, will incur a minimum 25% restocking charge as well as a freight charge for replacement shipment. Merchandise initially shipped 'double-boxed' must be returned to us in like fashion.

Out of Stock Items
If your order consists of more than one item; we will ship the in stock item and put the out of stock item on backorder. If you do not want items placed on back order please state so in the special instructions section upon check out.
